Bower Tripod Speaker for MP3 Players and iPod

The Bower IPSPT100 is a great portable speaker system for any MP3 Player and supplied attachment changes it to fit iPod’s as well. The sturdy and durable design makes it easy to use and can stand on any flat surface. Because there is a speaker on each leg of the tripod the sound can really spread nicely and evenly in a decent sized room.

Pros:
Good sound quality.
It can be used with any MP3 player.
Sturdy and doesn’t take up much space at all.

Cons:
The speakers sound good, but could have been much bigger.
No low frequency or bass speaker.
No volume switch (not very necessary but I do consider this to be a con)
No lock on the tripod legs to keep them open or closed.

Now keep in mind when you take a good look at this item that the input jack is facing upward. This means for those of us with the iPhone or any other MP3 player that the headphone jack is on the top, your MP3 player is going to be upside down.
Which to be honest isn’t a big deal, I simply picked it up selected my song and put it right back. If you make a play list then this doesn’t concern you either but it’s just something to keep in mind.

I definitely recommend this product for uses anywhere you have a flat surface. It only needs 2 AAA batteries, a good play list and you and your friends can enjoy your favorite songs with great quality from the Bower IPSPT100 Tripod Speaker.
