Whether you’re a traveling business man or a college student, portability and functionality is your highest priority. Carrying every little cable and connector in your laptop case can make it bulky and unorganized. This little pack of retractable USB cables can help you with just about any need with its USB to USB, USB to Mini USB, Ethernet RJ45 cable, Headset and microphone, Mini USB HUB with 4 Ports, and a Mini Optical Mouse. Did I mention they are all retractable!?!?!

Pros

Everything you can need on the go for a USB item.
Small Packaging fits easily in a laptop case or bag.

Cons

The Labeling on the cables looks really cheap, not the cable itself just the big silly label.
Any and all images that I have seen on the web for this item do it no justice, in person it looks like much better quality.

This kit is very well made and will last you for years to come. Great gift idea for any occasion and that person on your list who has everything.

Thanks as always to our sponsors at Digitalfotoclub for sending it our way.
I recently purchased the Wii Wheel this weekend and I played hours of Mario Kart Wii to put the wheel to the test! I tried playing with the wheel attached and without, trying different configurations of play and for comfort, after spending a day with the device, I can’t exactly call it the end all wheel peripheral, but it’s not the worst either.

My first thought when this peripheral released last year was, why do I need a piece of plastic to hold my Wii mote in place; I’d steer the controller by itself just fine. But the weekend came around, and after purchase I approached the wheel cautiously, got comfortable, and even warmed up to the little white plastic circle. While the game can certainly be played with or without the wheel, there’s something that just feels right about holding it in your hands. There’s more room to grip with your hands, and you’re given a better idea as to how much you’re steering left and right.

On the back of the unit is an elongated button that acts as a mechanical bypass for the B trigger button on the underside of the Wii mote (this button is a bit uncomfortable to get to by small fingers). Hitting the B button is a key part of Mario Kart allowing the cart to four wheel drift. Without the wheel, trying to hold the Wii mote horizontally in both hands while pressing the 2 button for gas and the B button for drift is a bit awkward. This doesn’t happen so much with wheel in the hand.

I must admit, the wheel took a little getting used to. I often found myself over steering at first, forgetting to steer, and waving the wheel in strange directions almost flinging the device across my living room. After awhile, I managed to find a sweet spot where I found comfort and could play with a bit of skill. So the Wii Wheel may not be the heaven’s gift to racing controllers, but it doesn’t make Mario kart thrill any worst either. If you’re looking for a device that’s inexpensive and fun, I highly suggest the Nintendo wii wheel to you! Enjoy.
