When I heard of a pocket knife that finally had a USB flash drive in it I thought “Of course, So simple, so convenient.” With the new technology available to allow large amount of memory to be held in pocket knife size Victorinox decided to step out of their usual more camping knife field and step into the Home/Office.

Using a small plastic locking system it allows the drive to fold out and even be clipped off easily. A solid and speedy flash drive system drive the new product line which contains sizes from megabytes to 16 gigabytes.

The short fall in the design comes with its combination of different features you can have when never bringing them all together. While one will have a Knife, Scissor  and nail file/ screw driver combo you do not get the pen and laser pointer. This continues with the Metal case series which is only flash drives and tool sets with no lights or pens.

If not being able to have all your toys in one place doesnt bother you then its a solid way to update your pocket knife to the 21st century. If you loved the idea of having your old pocket knife with all the amenities then you mite want get a small flash drive instead of combining the two.
