Belkin Washable Mouse
For weeks after watching that one Lysol commercial about the germs commonly found on household surfaces– in your bed, in the bathtub, on the kitchen counter– I imagined all the little microbes crawling around the items I made use of on a daily basis. I used many an antibacterial wipe. Of course, my germaphobe phase did pass. I do live in New York City after all, and living in fear of germs would drive you insane—or at least keep you off the subway. However, the reality is that we live in a world where fears of the swine flu, germs, and bacteria are all over the media and ever present in our daily lives. There’s no merit to going crazy over it, but anything that can give you a little peace of mind without too much difficulty is a definite plus. The Belkin Washable Mouse is a great mix of utility and innovation in a stylish and amazingly easy to clean little package. [Read More...]

Logitech V220 Cordless Optical Mouse
Like many young professionals, I’m always on the go. I travel nonstop around this city, running errands, getting work done, or meeting friends. I also like to stay organized; I like to sync my iPod or Blackberry, send emails, check my twitter and surf the web. This is why it is important for me to have a good laptop and mouse; I need to be able to get work done wherever I am. Now, it takes a lot to get me to put down my hard earned cash on a product; it either has to be a very good product or vital to my productivity. Fortunately, the Logitech V220 wireless mouse is both. Beaba Babycook Baby Food Maker
In a world where hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and preservatives have become some of the dirtiest of words in the vernacular, it is more common than ever that parents and caregivers are choosing to make baby food themselves. Not only is it healthier, but it also usually ends up to be more cost effective and less wasteful. When I worked as a babysitter, I was left to use the blender and some sandwich bags to prepare fruits and vegetables for a teething child. Peel, wash, steam, mash, freeze, wash, and repeat. It would take hours to prepare food for the week. Today, there’s no need for that extra work. With the award winning Beaba Babycook Baby Food Maker, you can keep your baby healthy and happy, while saving yourself some gray hairs and definitely a few bucks in the long run. [Read More...]

JWin JL360 AM/FM Projection Alarm Clock Radio
Whether you’re 15 or 55, there’s no disputing that getting up in the morning can be a challenge. And honestly, for me, anything that can provide a little help in the daily morning struggle is well worth it. The JWin JL 360 is a nifty little projection clock that can make checking the time and getting up in the morning a little less painful, without breaking the bank.
This is a pretty basic AM/FM alarm clock. That being said, it does a great job with the basics. However, what’s really cool about this clock is that it projects the time onto the ceiling, making it easy for you to check the time, avoiding being late, and maybe even catch a few extra Z’s in the morning. Princess International PI-168R Smart Mug
Ladies and gentleman, I have a problem: I love coffee entirely too much. I am a coffee fiend. In my mind, there’s nothing that an Espresso macchiato or white chocolate mocha can’t fix. It’s a big incentive to get up in the morning and makes being stuck in traffic surprisingly bearable. That’s right, coffee is king and I am but a humble servant.
But when my coffee goes cold, it is no longer the resilient bastion against weariness and my general abhorrence with the human race. In fact, if my coffee goes cold, any human in my wake had better watch out, there’s no telling what could happen. That is why I was when I came across the Smart Mug by Princess International, there was a unanimous sigh of relief from my co-workers, my family and my girlfriend. [Read More...]

In a moment’s notice you want to be ready to capture a moment that will last forever. It’s kind of hard to do that with a bulky digital SLR or video camera! Coby CAM5000 Digital HD Camcorder
When I think back on virtually every big event in my childhood, whether graduation, spelling bee, or piano recital, there was one constant: the twenty pound camcorder my folks had from the mid-1980s. By the time I was in elementary school, nearly 10 years after my parents dropped several hundred bucks for our Panasonic, it was still going strong and our VHS tapes chronicling the family events numbered in the hundreds. Now, flash forward another 10 years, and most kids today barely know what a VHS is. Regardless, there is no doubt that today’s camcorder is smaller, cheaper, and better than I could have ever dreamed of as a kid. The Coby CAM5000 is a perfect example of this shift. [Read More...]
